Spooky locations where mischief can happen invite mischief, such as dark woods, insane asylums, corn mazes, etc. Assign people to buddy groups for safety.
If there are people hanging around who are not part of the cast & crew, then especially go for safety groups. There shouldn’t be anyone on set who is not cast or crew.
